This is our darkest roast of coffee. It’s chocolatey, bold and rich–but still nice and smooth. It’s made up of a Colombian and Brazil that we are able to access year round. So it’s a consistent blend that is always using seasonally fresh green coffee. While we usually just roast to bring out the best in each coffee, we intentionally made a slightly darker blend than is typical for us. This is a medium-dark blend that is a crowd-pleaser for the fans of a little bit darker roast.
