Moises Ananias Enriquez Martinez owns the 2.5-hectare farm called Bella Vista, where he grows about 10,400 plants of Castillo coffee.
After harvesting, the coffee is depulped the same day, fermented dry for 18 hours, and then washed before being dried in the sun for 18 days.

In the cup you can expect caramel, lemon and chocolate flavors; balanced and sweet with tart acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.
