This is our house espresso blend. It serves well on many brewing methods, but shines on espresso. We use a Colombian, Brazil and a third rotating seasonal offering to round out the blend--currently an Ethiopian. It has beautiful notes of cocoa and caramel with a rich nuttiness balanced out with a blackberry jam brightness. Comes through milk nicely, while also standing up on its own as a shot or in an Americano.
