We rotate our decaf seasonally to ensure freshness. Our current offering is from Huila, Colombia. It is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process. At origin, an ethanol is made using sugarcane that dissolves the caffeine molecule. We love this process as it is natural, and preserves the sweetness of the coffee! When people have tried our decaf, many have been surprised to learn it’s decaf!
In the cup expect citrus, toffee, cocoa and graham cracker. A truly excellent decaf offering!
